    Is a four-story, 96,500-square-foot facility

Gloucester County Improvement Authority was the project developer.

Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. of Camden was the project’s construction manager Ernest Bock & Son was the General Contractor

The New Rohrer College of Business, located at the west end of the main campus, rings in at about $63 million. About $46 million is being paid for through a $117 million Building Our Future Bond Act. That act is also helping fund an extension of the engineering school, which is slated to break ground in March.

The facility includes a courtyard area, large student entrance hub, multiple classrooms, collaboration rooms, conference rooms, large specialty spaces, administrative and faculty offices.

Designed by KSS Architects of Princeton in partnership with Goody Clancy Architects of Boston, the L-shaped building’s west end includes a public art installation. Created by Oregon-based artist Ed Carpenter, the sculpture is made from dichroic glass and refers abstractly to gate imagery since the building serves as a gateway onto campus. In the evening, the sculpture glows like a lantern, serving as a welcoming beacon both to the University and to the Rohrer College of Business.
