Martorano’s – Located in Harrah’s AC, Steve Martorano’s Italian restaurant feature upscale lighting and lighting control along with a gourmet kitchen with all the latest kitchen equipment and POS integration. This unique 6,500-sq. ft. restaurant transforms into a state of the art nightclub in the evenings. This transformation includes a DJ booth with high end sound, video and lighting systems. 

Guy Fieri’s Chophouse – Located in Bally’s AC, this 9,000-sq. ft. restaurant, bar, private meeting area features wood burning ovens as well as fresh seafood tanks. The installation of a sophisticated dimming system to complement the use of energy saving LED lamps along with Eco friendly kitchen and HVAC equipment gives Guy Fieri’s a sustainable footprint within the casino environment.

Gordon Ramsey’s Pub & Grill – Located in Caesar’s AC, the Gordon Ramsey’s project involved completely removing an existing 5,000-sq. ft. restaurant and kitchen and building the new 7,800-sq. ft. Pub & Grill within the lobby of Caesar’s Casino. Twenty-five foot ceilings and Roman temple columns added to the complexity of lighting, audio, video, Fire Alarm and Wi-Fi installations. The British Pub look and high-end kitchen design presented unique power, data and life safety install challenges which made for a ‘one of a kind’ venue.

Buca di Beppo – At Bally’s AC Casino, the Buca di Beppo restaurant installation involved the demolition of an existing casino buffet space and the transformation to a 7,000-sq. ft. iconic Buca di Beppo Italian dinning venue complete with new kitchen equipment, fire suppression, lighting, Wi-Fi, POS and Security systems.
